These service partners cover all major continents, and are manufacturers in related electrical industries. Service in some cases can be provided the same day worldwide! Neeltran services its clients from date of install until end of life for product. Being that Neeltran designs and builds its own transformers and rectifiers you do not have to deal with 3rd party transformer service providers.
We offer remote monitoring of our equipment via PLC modem via phone line or ethernet connection. This feature will allow us to provide online service and diagnostics. If you want this feature please inquire through our service team.
