Neeltran, Inc. employs approximately 100 employees in our New Milford, CT manufacturing and headquarters facility, as well as an international sales force.  We employ some of the best and brightest people, and our functional areas of talent include Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Test, Sales, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources.

Our company is family-owned and operated and has been in business since 1973.  We are dedicated to our customers and employees.  Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality products and services offered in our industry and we are focused on continuously improving our products, employee skills, and facility.  We have invested in engineering, technology, infrastructure, and human resources.  In 2010, we completed a facility expansion that increased our manufacturing footprint and capacity to 85,000 square feet in support of our strong and consistent growth.

Our Benefits:

We offer all full-time employees medical, dental, vision, life, accident, critical illness, and hospital gap indeminty coverage on the first of the month following 60 days of continuous employment. Employees can select from 4 different medical plans including two HSA plans to which we make an annual employer contribution.

The 401K plan, with match, is offered to all full-time employees with at least six months of continuous employment.

In addition, we provide holiday pay and discretionary days to all full-time employees who have completed their initial employment period and offer additional days according to employee years of service.  We pay our employees on a weekly basis and offer them direct deposit of their paychecks to their personal bank.

Our Hours:

Our manufacturing employees operate on a regular work schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.  All other departments, including engineering and support functions, operate on a regular work schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:40 pm.
