Combined Full Current and Full Voltage Factory Testing
Neeltran fully tests the transformers and rectifier seperately. Then as final test we test the transformer and rectifier hooked up to each other as they will be in the field. This allows for a formal heat run and a check out of all communications between the units as well as to the clients DCS. Installation and Commissioning time will decrease dramatically and the quality of the unit will be greatly improved. Most competitors do not do this test before the units are shipped as their transformer is manufactured by others.
