Neeltran, Inc. employs approximately 115 employees in our New Milford, CT manufacturing and headquarters facility, as well as an international sales force. We offer all regular, full-time employees medical, dental, life insurance coverage, and holiday pay on the first of the month following three months of continuous employment. The 401K plan is offered to all regular, full-time employees with at least six months of continuous employment. In addition, we offer discretionary days to all regular, full-time employees who have completed their initial employment period and offer additional days according to employee years of service. We pay our employees on a weekly basis and offer them direct deposit of their paychecks to their personal bank.

Our manufacturing employees operate on a regular work schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. All other departments, including engineering and support functions, operate on a regular work schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
